P&M is a medium-sized family-run business active in the meat industry.
The origins of the Eifel-based meat seller P&M go back to the middle of the 1990s.



Already before the devastation of the town of St. Vith in winter 1944 to 45, shortly before the end of the Second World War, the cattle market in close vicinity to our present-day location has been a meeting place for marketers from far and near.

Since 1995, the slaughterhouse Pegri (approx. 400 head of cattle slaughtered per week) and the cutting plant P&M have been a productive team in this historically important environment. The cattle trader Peters breeding his own stock at various locations in the German Eifel region (approx. 500 head of cattle) is an important element in this group. Cattle trade and slaughterhouse have been in the Peters family for several generations.


P&M is a cross-border active company active in cutting beef and pork. Since its foundation, the company has been developing dynamically as well as continuously from a cutting plant to a branch known specialist concentrating on beef.
We are a niche supplier, which still meets individual customer requests.

The company headquarters are located in the industrial zone of St. Vith (eastern Belgium), well situated in the German-speaking part of the country, with a direct link to the motorway network between Verviers, Trier and Aachen.
